About Me
OR WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

As a person, I am a mix of creative, detail oriented, and organized. I’m pretty careful and double check my work- I’m an artist in a family of science and medicine so I enjoy some left brain flexing.

I have an extensive background in animation production that has lead me to where I am today.

I went to college at Pratt in Brooklyn, during college I started working in animation and after graduation continued doing so on various TV shows, pilots. and features.

In 2007 I moved away from NYC back to my hometown of Cincinnati and started my own animation company, through which I did projects for a lot of companies both large and small and managed groups of up to fifteen artists.

In 2016 I left the company and it continued without me for a while until the then-owner moved to a studio job in Atlanta.

Now I am back to doing freelancing and am excited about just getting to do the work again without dealing with sales, basically.

Besides drawing, I also enjoy lifting weights, walking my dogs, and I get personal fulfillment from helping others. For example, I run an informal group in Cincinnati called the Cincinnati Animation Network that allows animators to connect and inspire each other.

Don’t hesitate to contact me, even if it’s just to say hi.
